Alice Hawkins who is now on the Residents' Association has very kindly organised this training session.
FREE Basic Life Support training including using a 21 February 7:30-9:30pm in the Village Hall.
FastAid Community Responders are running a certificated Heart-Start course. The evening covers loss of consciousness, heart attacks, cardiac arrest, Basic Life Support (CPR cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and use of a defibrillator.
It is a well structured evening which aims to give you the confidence & practical skills to act quickly & buy time if someone suffers a cardiac arrest.
Early CPR & use of a Defibrillator can save lives! Would you know what to do? Please join us to learn or to brush-up your skills. Training is free but donations will be gratefully received.
