Burton Green Village Hall AGM

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 22nd November at 8.00pm. Wine, cheese and nibbles will be available before the meeting from 7.45pm. The AGM is an ideal forum for all residents, new and old to hear what has been happening at the village hall in the last year. HS2's current plans are that we need to move into a new hall by the end of next year. We anticipate that a building contractor will be appointed by January and we really hope that construction will be underway by the Spring. Plans for the interior and grounds are still evolving so please come along and give us your ideas on how we can make it an excellent facility for the whole community.
